Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in checkout totals and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs.

Refunds & Returns

CGW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped. We are also not liable for customs delays, fees, or carrier issues outside of our control.
